Introduction and Assessment

Lets see what you got! Can you water start consistently? What type of water start can you perform? Are you chasing the glide or the carve or both!? What mast length are you using? What volume board are you using? Foot Straps or No Foot Straps? We will start in the flat water in front of Seakindly, do a few pulls and releases to see if you can handle open water. Depending on the Assessment we will build a program focusing on giving you the necessary skills that you can take home with you and continue to progress.
